Lies Continue to Pile Up

Trump still makes the outrageous claim
That the COVID outbreak has been tamed
And he still attested
That all can get tested
He’s just adding fuel to the flame
 
“The US has done far more testing”
That’s a lie, that is not just jesting
But per capita
It’s really no duh
We’re way behind in our investing
 
Of death rate statistics from WHO
Tramp claims their data’s not true
He has a hunch
And he knows a bunch
Let’s hope he’s met his Waterloo
 
“We’ll have a vaccine very soon.
To COVID we’ll all be immune.”
When scientists know
We’ve a long way to go
He’s really a daft loony toon
 
“Test causes cases to rise”
One of Trumps dangerous lies
It helps with our tracking
But without the Fed’s backing
These efforts will be paralyzed
